school!

in just a few days time, kids from private schools will return to school to finish another school year of education. this is now the time when we think of all the things we should have done during summer.. when ironically, we had spent many days of summer complaining that its boring, etc etc etc.

am i right? im sure most of you think i am. now, i couldnt help but feel that it was like only yesterday when we left the thresholds of our schools to enjoy our well-deserved summer, although we cant help but feel a little alone, knowing that we are about to say good bye to our friends. for we must inevitably say goodbye to all of them for the time being. but there are others whom we say goodbye for the last time.

it is the discomforting truth that every year, we decrease our ranks and say goodbye to those people who... didnt make it. in school, there are standards. and when a student fails to comply with the school's standards, he or she is forced to leave.

i regret to say that after another school year, there are students, many of whom are my friends, who must leave.

and yet, life goes on.

we meet new friends and have new groups. for those who have survived all these years, are the lucky ones. they are almost within their goal in which they dreamed when they were still freshmen;to be able to graduate in this school.

so, without further ado, it is my fervent hope that during this new school year, we will have fun and stuff. but for incoming graduates like me, i really do hope we graduate. hahaha :D
